Jarred produce is made the same way as base game. Grab a knife, jar, lid, some vinegar, salt, water and the relevant amount of fruit or vegetable to make. Cook to preserve longer.

Food storage containers are for storing evolved recipes without keeping the whole pot, pan, bucket, or tray in the fridge or freezer. They stay fresh for 7 days, rotten after 10 days. They inherit the age of the meal being stored, so if you’re at day 3, you’ll get an extra 4 days of freshness. Freezing them slows down their aging further. Salad and fruit salad cannot be frozen. Most containers can be served back into bowls or onto plates.

You can find plastic containers in the world or craft your own metal containers.
